Summer Leagues

Family Fun Lanes is your alley for bowling leagues! From serious competition to those bowlers just looking to have a little fun and make new friends! We’ve got a league for you. We offer sanctioned and non-sanctioned leagues, and tasty food and beverages from the Back Alley Restaurant. Feel free to give us a call (207) 942-6701 if you have any questions.

Summer League Lineup

4 leagues to choose from!

  • Tuesdays

    Tuesday Morning Seniors | 9:30 am | Starts June 4th | Teams of 3


    This 10-week Summer Senior League will begin at 9:30 am every Tuesday morning. This 50 and over league is a GREAT way for seniors to socialize while also getting some exercise safely.


    Tuesday Night Mixed | 6 pm | Starts June 4th | Teams of 4


    FUN is the name of the game on Tuesday nights. If you and your friends want to dip your toes in the water and try a bowling league,  this casual league is the one for you! Teams in this league consist of any combination of 4 bowlers (no gender restrictions).

  • Thursdays

    Thursday Youth/Adult League | 6 pm | Starts June 6th | Teams of 4


    Great for experienced or beginner bowlers, parents looking for a fun activity with their children, or even the fun aunt or uncle who graciously gives the parents a night to themselves. Bowling starts at 6 pm every Thursday for 10 weeks. Open to all ages.

  • Fridays

    Friday Morning Seniors | 9:30 am | Starts June 7th | Teams of 3


    Identical to our Tuesday Morning Senior League BUT on Friday mornings. This 10-week Summer league will begin at 9:30 am every Friday. Designated for bowlers 50 and over, this all-skill level league is a GREAT way for seniors to socialize while also getting a bit of exercise safely.

Professional Youth Bowling Leagues

Family Fun Bowling Center in Bangor, Maine, is opening their doors to local high schools in Central Maine. Come help make our youth bowling leagues a success in Northern Maine.

High School Bowling USA

High School Bowling USA is a nationwide effort to bring 10-pin bowling to high schools around the country. Costs related to practice and match games will be fully funded by the various lanes. The only exception will be transportation costs to and from practice and matches. This is a wonderful opportunity to participate in the growing sport of bowling.

High School Bowling League

  • Practices Are on Tuesdays from 3 pm - 5 pm 
  • Matches Are on Thursdays from 3 pm - 5 pm
